Position: Manager/Asst. Manger-Business Analytics - Data mining
Reporting To: Leader-Sales & Marketing COE
Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the service delivery and business development of the Data Analytics, CRM, Sales Support teams for the followings:
· Manage day to day service delivery of current operations.
· Manage a team with multiple customer base.
· Act as a escalation point for all customer issue resolution.
· Drive process improvements; implement six sigma/lean tools to drive customer satisfaction / productivity.
· Strong people manager to drive employee satisfaction.
· Ability to communicate in various management forums.
· Participate in growth execution plan.
· Take the team to the next level of data mining, analysis and modeling (predictive, forecasting etc)
· Time to time act as a individual contributor for high end data analytics such as - data modeling, demand forecasting, cross sell/Up sell techniques, segmentation analysis.
· Drive quality and enablers for enhanced business generation and performance.
· Customer Management and complete ownership of end to end project management.
Education & Experience
6 – 7 years of relevant work experience
Graduate in Math's/Statistics/Economics with MBA in marketing from reputed business school
· Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
· Expertise in MS office, MS excel / access.
· Substantial exposure to statistical tools.
· Understanding in data gathering and modeling.
· Business intelligence.
· Exposure to conjoint/cluster/CBA/ASA etc.
· Understanding of data analysis in terms of descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, and confirmatory data analysis.
· Discovering new features in the data and CDA on confirming or falsifying existing hypotheses.
· Predictive analytics on application of statistical or structural models for predictive forecasting or classification.
· Excellent client management skills and communication skills.
· Excellent problem solving and people management skills.
· Should be able to work in virtual teams and drive performance of the different verticals.
· Willing to travel if required and work in flexible timings as per the business needs.
· Should be a self starter and creative in assembling new area of marketing analytics service offerings & then drive growth in the same area.
